What are your experiences with the eclipse plug in.  It is my understanding it has line commands with it.  is there concerns of risks for the environment. for developers using this.  For example ClearCase Fat client came with the command line and it was powerful enough it would put our environments at risk if the wrong developer got curious.  Is the command line in eclipse this powerful?

There is an RTC command line, and although it uses Eclipse libraries, it isn't part of the Eclipse client.  WRT risks of using the RTC command line, the RTC command line provides a subset of the capabilities provided by the RTC Eclipse client, so it provides users with no power beyond what they can do with the Eclipse client.  But I suppose it could be considered riskier because it doesn't provide the interactive feedback that a GUI provides.
