Manual Test Script - reporting step functionality?

Marsha Knudsen (2132) | asked Jun 10 '13, 5:28 p.m.
When working with a manual test script in RQM, are the steps that are marked as "reporting steps" utilized anywhere else?  Meaning, is there a report  that exposes the reporting steps and how many have passed/failed etc?  Or is it meant to simply cue the person doing the testing that the step results should be examined?  So far, I am not seeing the results of reporting steps rolled up anywhere, but will keep looking!

Thanks for any pointers or advice on how to use reporting steps!
Marsha

A breakdown of step results by step type (execution steps and reporting steps) is included in the test case results Summary section. Expand the Summary section to see the bar graph:

presently none of the OOTB(out of the box)reports report on the step level execution  of the script.
