We are missing more substantial documentation at this point. However,
components that declare process enabled operations and components that
declare process extensions such as participants, advisors, etc. also declare
the appropriate XML schemas for their contributions. You can leverage that
by letting you guide by content assist inside the process specification tab
of a project area or process template editor or inside the process
customization tab of a team area editor.

The html process descriptions of the eclipse way and open-up process
templates have been created with the EPF composer using the export as html
function. However, EFP composer is not a requirements. All the process
content URL refers to is the 'home page' inside a zipped-up website. There
are no other requirements. Any tool (or no tool) that can produce this is
appropriate.

The Jazz Process Template editor allows one to create a process and
add milestones, phases, etc... However It does not guide one through
the finer aspects of the process such as defining workitems,
operations, etc... Where can I find documentation for this? How do I
create a similar zip file for the "Process Content URL?"
