RTC 3.0.1.1 Is there a way to set a personal build mandatory pre-condition for changeset delivery?

Deepthi V (2111) | asked May 28 '13, 8:09 a.m.
We are using RTC 3.0.1.1 for our product builds. We want to ensure that every changeset has a personal build associated with it before actually delivering it. Is there any pre-condition or some other way available to mandate this requirement?

Great question! We are on v4.0.1 and would like to do the same thing for our developers.

Hello Deepthi,

Currently in RTC, a change set can be associated with a work item or a process can be added to ensure the change set is reviewed / approved before being delivered.  See the following article for more details.

For the request to have a personal build mandatory precondition, I would suggest opening a RFE (request for enhancement) workitem.
