Cannot see Birt custom report "Crosstab" in RTC

Hi All,

i have create custom report "Crosstab" using BIRT 4.2
in BIRT viewer i can see the report (please see below)



the report error(cannot view report) after i upload it to RTC (please see below)



fyi:
i have uploaded another report to RTC like chart report and i can see also the report in RTC (please see below)




please guide me to see Crosstab report in RTC

BIRT 4.2 is not suported.

Try creating a report in BIRT 2.6.2

Hi Karol, thanks for ur response i have create another report using birt 4.2 is not error why if i upload crosstab report is error? please give me explanation about it Thanks

Hi Karol, i have try create new crosstab report using birt 2.6.2, and now i can see crosstab report in RTC thanks for ur suggestion
