Behaviour of Internet Explorer 8.0.2 not always showing enumeration variable

Silvia Mesturino (1162429) | asked May 24 '13, 9:55 a.m.
In RTC 4.0.1 in the presentation for work item defect, I have defined a customer attribute called customer, which is an enumeration list containing a list of possible customers.
The user has Internet Explorer 8.0.2 installed and he notices that the field customer sometimes is not displayed. Are there known problems with displaying enumeration fields on this browser ?

I have not seen this issue in my IE 8.0.7601. Is this problem reproducible only on IE8?
Do you have the field configured to be hidden in certain workflow states or on creation or when empty?
Do you see the problem with any other custom attributes?

Hi Kot, I am sorry, the field is not configured to be hidden at any state and unfortunately it is the only field we have which is of type enumeration list.
