 Hi ,

Can we create report like we see the history detail of work item .

or Can we create insight or any other report on Previous state and Current state of the Work item Workflow ?

Hello Yogesh,

in Insight / RRDI you have the Work Item history available in the data model under:
Operational Data Store > Request Area > Request History

For every Work Item there is a row for each entry in the RTC Web UI History tab, containing the corresponding information at the time of the History entry.

The current state of the Work Item is available in the data model under:
Operational Data Store > Request Area > Request

Hello Yogesh,

some information regarding the details you are looking for
  • WI Id : Request History > Reference ID or Request State History > External Key1
  • Summary : Request History > Summary or Request State History > Request Name
  • Assigned to : The closes field I can think of is Request State History > Owner ID that you have to match against Resource Area > Resource > Resource ID
  • State : Request State History > Request State or Request History > Request State
  • Previous State : Request State History > Previous Request State
  • Current State : Request State History > Request State
  • Duration of State transition : Request State History > Days In State
  • Modified by : I don't think this is available in the data warehouse

I think the 'Modified By' is coming with the CLM 4.0.3 release.
