How to control the take start date in roadmap view in scrum plan?

How the plan decided the work item start date? If I want the other work item start firstly, how can I adjust the plan?

The plan start and end dates will be that of the timeline or iteration they are configured to use. If you want to adjust this time, you will need to navigate to the Project Area Admin section and update the timeline.

Yes, I know the plan start and end dates is according as timeline. But my question is about the work item like task start and end dates in roapmap plan view.

For example, the iteration is from 5.6 - 6.1.
I create three task target for the iteration. Every task is estimated 24 hours. Other work environment is default 8 hours 5 days a week.
Maybe in plan roadmap view, task 1 begin 5.6 end 5.8, task 2 begin 5.9 end 5.13, task 3 begin 5.14 end 5.16.
But I want to plan task 2 begin earlier on 5.6. How can achieve this?
That is why I ask this question here. Can you help to figure out ?
