Error BIRT custom report when viewing in RTC

hi ,

i have created RTC custom report using BIRT,

then i upload the custom report to RTC but the report is error when viewing in RTC (please see below)

but if i see in birt report viewer is working (please see below)

FYI:

i created crosstab report binding from data cube and using "derived measure"

please advise

Could you upload the report template to the forum and provide reproduction steps? That would help us to make some headway on your problem.

The problem you are encountering is incompatibility between your Eclipse BIRT Designer Version 4.2.2 and RTC, which will only support BIRT version 2.6.2. You need to downgrade to BIRT version 2.6.2.

thats right Ian

because in BIRT 2.6.2 does not have derived measure feature
