sending email notification after email server error

We had a problem with the email server and changed WI notification from RTC was not delivered to the subscribers.
Into the ccm.log there are the errors and the list of the recipients, my question is if is there a way to have RTC managing a queue of unsent messages to resend these messages.

There is no queue of unsent messages in RTC. To determine why mail is not being sent, I would recommend opening up a PMR with IBM Support to further investigate.

Thanks Stephanie, the problem was at e-mail server level, but after the problem was solved, the unsent e-mail messages was lost.

My question was about something to have to queue messages to be resended in case of error
