Jazz.net: I can't enter a defect in Jazz.net
Hi ,
When I try and enter a defect I get this (see below): (My user name was changed a while back, and since then it hasn't worked). I really need to be able to enter defects in JAZZ.net as part of my role.

I asked the administrator to assign you a cal on jazz02 and jazz03 and to archive your old account. Please try again. @lhayward Hi Lauren....this now works. many thanks. Millard Ellingsworth selected this answer as the correct answer

Shane, can you please provide more information which repository you tried and which category you filed against?
Can you submit a defect here: https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Community%20Feedback#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem&type=defect
If you can't let me know and I will, provided there is more information on this question to be more specific.
I looked up Shane's user profile, and he doesn't have any CALs assigned to him. I've sent an email to someone who might be able to update the CALs.
Hi Ralph & Lauren,
I tried this morning and I cannot access the URL you specified Ralph. I also tied here
https://jazz.net/jazz03/web/projects/Requirements%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem&ts=1367487063000
but that doesn't work either.
Shane
Hi Shane,
I've been emailing with someone who has permission to update your user permissions. He says that your old userid has the necessary permissions. Are you no longer using that id?
@shaneski Is this working now? If not, would you please reply to @lhayward?
@lhayward this still isn't working. .I cannot enter RRC defects..(https://jazz.net/jazz03/web/projects/Requirements%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem&ts=1367487063000)
@shaneski When you tried to enter the defect, were you using your old id or your new one? Are you planning to only use your new id?
@lhayward Hi Lauren,
I only ever plan to use my current user ID (shaneski) in the future.
Thanks.
@shaneski Ok, I'll ask the administrator to remove the permission from your old id and give the permission to this id.
@shaneski The administrator has granted your new id permission. Please let me know if it works or doesn't work.
Lauren/Shane, I suggest we archive the old account to avoid confusion going forward.
@lhayward @jburns ....still cannot update a defect I need to access...(the same message appears) ....https://jazz.net/jazz03/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/74855
Update: I've talked with Shane and he didn't have a cal assigned on jazz03. I've emailed the administrator to try to get this straightened out.
@shaneski I asked the administrator to assign you a cal on jazz02 and jazz03 and to archive your old account. Please try again.
