RTC Command line for deployment
I want use the command to automate deployment a .bar file to multiple environments. Is the command a create workspace than load? Can I load by a single file or small group of files? Any examples? Much thanks.

Yes, you would create a workspace then load the files you're interested in. You can use the "scm load" command to load each file individually. Or you can create a set of load rules for more complex situations, e.g., loading all the .bar files in a particular set of components.
