Build log not attached in RTC

We use ANT based builds in RTC. For reasons unknown, for some builds the build log is not getting attached to "log" tab in the build result & also the "log" tab itself is not created.

Has anyone faced this before?


Environment: RTC 4.0.0 on Windows & build happens on Windows 2008 R2

 If there is no log contribution I don't think that the log contribution is initialized.  If it is an intermittent problem not 100% associated with a build definition or set of build definitions, then I would open a PMR to troubleshoot deeper as it could be a lot of things.

I think I will go with a PMR because this is an issue occurs  most often
