Hi,  We have configured RRDI with CLM 3.0.1.2 server. So for working smoothly.

Now RRDI services are down. When I try to start RRDI services, below is the error I am getting.

           C:\RRDI_INSTDIR\AppServer\profiles\RationalReport\logs\RationalReport

Service, the request to start this server will be completed by
           starting the associated Windows Service.
ADMU0116I: Tool information is being logged in file
           C:\RRDI_INSTDIR\AppServer\profiles\RationalReport\logs\RationalReport

Please attach the C:\RRDI_INSTDIR\AppServer\profiles\RationalReport\logs\RationalReport
Server\startServer.log for investigation.

Try opening the command prompt with "Run as Administrator" and then invoke the startServer.bat
