Invalid UUID [] error when importing MS Project XML

The environment is IBM HTTP Server, WAS and DB2.
When trying to import on RTC 4.0.1 getting the Invalid UUID [] error.

The problem is with the content type due to which the xml sent from the server is not parsed correctly by dojo.
A defect for this issue Invalid UUID [] error when importing MS Project XML (261599) is created to solve this issue.
