I'm trying to determine when and who removed (or moved) a file. In ClearCase I can tell by looking at the history of the parent directory. How can I do the equivalent in RTC (where showing the history of a directory is not supported)?

Search > Jazz Source Control > Change Set...

Scope your search with Component and your Repository Workspace location,
then further down the page, enter "Name begins with:" and check "Search by
type: Delete, Rename, Move".
