BIRT: It seems that only time spent changes are not shown in the WORKITEM_CHNGS

Katrin Heymann (19824363) | asked Apr 16 '13, 3:24 a.m.
I'm creating a BIRT report based on WORKITEM_CHNGS.

To compare TIME_SPENT / PREV_TIME_SPENT entries I have created a report to show all WI changes.
There is a change in a workitem only in the time spent field. The report didn't show this change. A change in the summary and time spent field was shown.

Please can you help ?

1.Did you run the Data collection jobs after making the change?
2. I didn't understand this completely

The change in the time spent field was shown or not?

Do you mean ETL jobs for RRDI reports?
Are there another group of "update jobs" to populate WORKITEM_CHNGS table?
We have problems with completing ETL jobs for RRDI DW, could it affect DW for Birt reports?

How can I run Data collection jobs manually?

@Katrin, the details can be found at: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DataWarehouseSnapshotSchemas20

You can determine what changed by comparing the columns with their Prev_ equivalents (remembering that more than one thing may have changed).
The time_spent changes should be shown as per the documentation.
