Hi Team,

Story status change to DONE should be limited to POs. How can we achive this in RTC.

Ok, a bit more precise:
Process Configuration >  Team Configuration  > Permissions:
Select a role.
Work Items > Save Work Item (Server) > Trigger a workflow action
There you can specify, which role is allowed to do which action.

From this thread:

In the Eclipse client...
On the Process Configuration tab of the project area editor, you can click on the Permissions node under Team Configuration in the tree on the left and then you'll be able to find the Work Item Save operation.

From there, you'll see the various workflow changes that you can configure for each role.

ok. But this will not restrict on each state of work item.. like PO only be able to update Done status.
