My RQM project is not visible in RRDI

Mathieu Defianas (15942838) | asked Apr 12 '13, 5:30 a.m.
Hello,
I use RTC 4.0 and report in RRDI.
I have tried to make a report with the data model DW in the Query Studio.
I have listed on a report all my projects. I see the JKE Banking projects (ccm, qm and rm), my new custom ccm projects but not my RQM projects. Why ????

Is it a permission problem ? a non activated flag on my RQM project ?
Thanks for your help.

Regards

Mathieu

Hello Mathieu
the member you use to access RRDI also needs to be member of the RQM project.
once you've added yourself to the RQM project, be sure to run the data collection before running the query again.

for security reason, RRDI only exposes data the logged user has access to in the CLM application.

Best Regards,
Matthieu

Thanks for your help Matthieu !!! You have solved my problem.
Don't forget to restart the data collection after having modify the access.

Hello Mathieu,
Did the QM data collection jobs run successfully?  If not, this could explain why you're not seeing the new QM projects in the data warehouse.  You can check by going to the qm/admin page and click on the reports link/tab at the top.  Then on the left click on data collection job status.  This will show the current jobs that are running and the history.  By default these run at midnight.
I hope this helps.
