I am wondering if there is a way to set a default subscriber list of users that will be added as subscribers immediately when a work item is opened.

Furthermore, whether it's possible to set such a default subscriber list by component/category. This way, when any work item was opened against a component/category, the corresponding list of subscribers would be added without manually adding them one at a time for every work item opened.
