LCM project setup - why 5 project areas

DNG 4.0.1 we're setting up LCM projects using RM, QM and CM with RM/QM tasks tracked in CM.

Why does JAZZ setup 5 project areas for this?  One would expect only 3 areas to setup regardless of whether tasks are tracked in CM or not.

after creating CLM project through

only 3 project areas(QM, CCM, RM) should be created.
can you detail the steps used resulting in 5 project areas created?

Additional project areas get created if you select RM or QM with seperate change tracking
