Why we cannot execute test scripts and not able to report on test script level?

Just wondering, why there is no option to execute a test script and why we cannot do reporting at test script level? In HPQC, we can report on any folder, we can have any hierarchy. Is this a drawback in RQM?

If you are looking for the ability to run standalone test scripts in RQM, then you can't do it.
You need to associate the test script with a test case and then execute the test case.

There was a RFE requesting similar functionality -- https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=31982. It was closed as no plan to fix.
