unable to view the custom dashboard on second time login

We are facing an issue where one of our user who has customized her personal dashboard and saved. The next time when she logs in it shows in default view.

I would ask this question:  Is the URI in fact the same in both cases ?   Since CLM stores dashboards in the Jazz Team Server, if one has membership in many projects many personal dashboards can be seen.

Hi Kevin,

When the personal dashboard was created, the user has saved the URL to favourites.

Customized page (https://rtcpre:9443/jts/dashboards/256#) when the user clicks on this hyperlink the custom page opens up.

Note: We are using only RTC (Version: 3.0) not CLM.

User has got access to multiple project areas.

Here is what it show up when a user logs in and click on personal dashboard.

My question here is : Even though a user has access to multiple project areas is there a way to make a single dashboard visible.
