How to get Scheduled Absences usin Java APIs RTC 4.0?

It appears that IResourcePlanningClient has a dependency upon com.ibm.team.apt.client bundle which I am unable to locate.

com.ibm.team.apt.client is only available in the RTC SDK, not in the Plain Java Client Libraries.

Unfortunately, I still don't know if this is possible at all using the APIs RTC 4.0.
I don't know where I can find IResourcePlanningClient and IContributorAbsence.
