how to set ranking for a workitem?

I need to set a ranking for the work item. How i can achieve it? And how to view the ranking of the work items.

I am unsure what you are asking for. You can rank work items in ranking plan views by dragging and dropping.

The rank of a work item is relative to the priority. When you rank and drag and drop a work item in front of a work item, the priority is changed to make sense in the order. You can see the rank of a work item as attribute in a query too e.g. Rank (by Priority) and you can see the priority literal and the ranking number.
