I'm able to download this just fine but when I try to open it using win explorer I get a message saying it's invalid Installed WinZip and gave it a try with that and got told the file was corrupt.

For the record, I'm trying to install this on a Win8 machine.

Jim, I've had this happen when I wasnot patient enough to let the entire file be downloaded, thus it's corrupt.  I don't know how you downloaded the compressed file.  Have you compared the sizes of the original size of the download and the size of the file on your disk?
