Can we restrict deliver permissions at a component level?

Is there a way to restrict deliver permissions at a component level? I'm aware that permissions can be restricted at a stream level, but i'd like to take it a notch lower than that, and restrict at the component level. Ie, if there is Stream X, consisting of components A and B, Stream X is Owned by the project area Alpha Team A and Team B are part of project area Alpha If Team A owns component A and Team B owns component B Does it restrict Team B members from delivering to component A? Is this possible? Thanks, KH |

You can set up an advisor in the project area's process configuration to restrict to a team area or roles. The advisor is called "Restrict Change Set Delivery to Components in a Stream".
