i am trying to install IBM COGNOS BI Server 10.1 on Red Hat 5.6 but ./issetup is unable to instal giving an error: ./issetup\: error while loading shared libraries\: libXm.so.3\: cannot open shared object file\: No such file or directory

Are you on a 64-bit OS? Installation Manager is 32-bit. If you don't have the 32-bit GUI libs installed on RHEL you'll get an error when launching IM.
