My account has been added in a RTC project, but when I try to access to it I have this error:

Error!
You are not authorized to view this page.

I don't think that it depends on licences because they are correctly configured.

Someone has ideas?

 The two most likely problems are licenses, as you say, and roles. Have your admin verify that you have the appropriate roles, permissions and licenses.

And a 3rd -- mixed case ID and login is in all lower case.  The default is that ID are case-sensitive.
