RTC - Error fetching server status information.
After installing RTC and setting up database I get the following error messages:
Error uploading Client Access License Activation key: The server is not responding; it may be unavailable Database Status UNAVAILABLE Error fetching server status information. Can you double check your DB2 configuration in Jazz? Did you specify the correct port number and database name in connection spec.

It looks like DB2 might not be listening on port 50,000. Are you sure
