Migration fails because /QIBM/UserData/JazzTeamServer401/server/upgrade/app_upgrade.sh script missing and the one in /ccm & /jts are incorrect.

Issue is being tracked in RTC v3.0.1 to v4.0.1 fails on IBM i due to app_upgrade.sh script (250786)
