Title of asset is not represented in the notification message
Hi,
Problem: When someone requests permission to access our assets, we receive a notification in our mail, as expected, nevertheless, the title of the asset is not represented in the notification message. The title is replaced by the External ID of the asset. This is creating confusion. How to fix this?
For example format is like this:
K.Cook requests the permission to read the asset details of the asset
7EFA87FB-0C3F-9CC2-713B-D2B9AEBE9558 [1.0]
K.Cook's comments: As per Fleming note

... actually, this is "by design". RAM used to send the name/version (not GUID);, a customer opened a security ticket on this.
But I agree, we should not penalized the 80% assets that are not that secure for those that are. Open an enhancement and we can iterate on how to do this right. Post a link here.
