Is there any tool to find the number of users in RTC/RQM and their roles in the project from an admin perspective?
Hi,
We have RTC/RQM 3.X setup on AIX and DB2 with WAS as middleware. Is there any tool to find the number of users for a project in RTC/RQM and their roles in the project from an admin perspective? Instead to check how many users are on the users list I want to find the users for a project and their roles in it? Quick help is much appreciated. Thanks In advance. |

The RTC client also has the ability to generate the project/team/role structure as a group of html pages. Right click on a logged in project area in the Team Artifacts view, choose Generate Run-time Report

Have you had a look at the Reportable REST API? With some investigation, you may be able to build a URI that returns nearly everything you are looking for (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ReportsRESTAPI - have a look at the ProjectArea resource). If something is missing, like role information for the user in the project, you can submit an enhancement request for consideration. Regards, Ali |
Also, you can look in the Application Administration Overview page and view the Members list, where it also lists the roles of each project member. Some details are described here:
