Why am I getting the pop up error "Type Error: Local Storage is undefined"?

Every time I try to log in as ADMIN in the Rational Team Concert 4 (Web client) I get a pop up window with the message "TypeError: Local storage is undefined", if I close that pop up, immediately I get another window with the message "TypeError this.syncLink is null or not an object", any idea? thanks in advance.

Check the ccm.log around the timestamp you received this error and see if there is more information.
Otherwise, open up a PMR with IBM Support so we can walk you through gathering some firebug trace.
