I had DOORS 9.3 and the Help->DXL Reference Manual it was this:
Now I have DOORS 9.6, and when I use the same function, it opens a PDF with the manual, and this is worst to find things, is it possible return to the help on DOORS 9.3 or something like that?

As it says, you may download a version of 9.5 which still contains a slightly newer .chm file that you have, but IBM decided for all of its products to get rid of .chm files and for reasons nobody knows they even did not convert the help to html, as they did with a lot of other manuals.
Well, at least there is an index in the pdf...

well, you should have a representative in your company who is allowed to download the software, the latest chm that I know of is 9.5.2.
I think you may also contact IBM support and ask them to give this chm to you.
It could be attached here, but I fear that this would break IBMs copyright.
