PSToolBox / Kitchen "Copy Views" function

First off, I think this is a great way to make a view in a template module and then propagate to the database. That said, I have an issue with it.

If you've got a filter selected in your current view, the filter does get propagated along with the columns, however, if you've got the "show ancestors" option checked, it does not propagate. The Kitchen dxl also adds the option to copy the attributes too if they do not exist, but it doesn't have an ancestor option either.

I've looked at the dxl for the copy view function in PSToolBox and haven't been able to tweak it to make it work. File attached for reference.

Was wondering if anybody has had any success with mod'ing this file to include ancestors. The file doesn't have any reference to the useancestor dxl function, and I am not a good enough coder to figure it out. I would like the copy view function to propagate the ancestors option if selected.

Look for the following line:

Many thanks, worked great. PSToolbox is a collection of scripts I picked up from a Telelogic rep awhile back. many useful scripts for automagically manipulating DOORS data. There is also a separate collection of scripts called the "kitchen", or something of the like that are very similar.

Wanted to bring this back up.  I as working for a company and received this PSTOOLBOX and it was a nice start to some very good scripts.  I've been looking over the internet and can't seem to find it anyplace.  I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
