Edit DOORS symbols, change default size of Link arrows

Hi All,

I want to change in and outlink arrow sizes.
I want it to display more bigger than default size.

Is this possible?

You can try to search the doors installation directories for icons (*.ico) or some other grafiks (*.bmp; *jpg) and so on. Perhaps you only have to change the content of a file?

Doing it that easy wouldn't be any fun. Much more fun if you go into the executable and modify resources.

I see files:
  • c:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\DOORS\9.3\lib\icons\
    • linkin.ico
    • linkout.ico
    • in.ico
    • out.oci
    • inlink.ico
    • outlink.ico

I suppose to check it out you can rename one of them, then make a copy of some other icon file.
  • rename linkout.ico to linkout.ico.original
  • copy out.ico linkout.ico
I wonder if the activated SIZE is dependant on the size of the icon; the area where you hover and can select the individual links.
