It seems there is only a "string" variant of toBase64_ and fromBase64_

well, you are here in the most active DXL forum that I know of. This thread is read by a lot of experienced DOORS users and experts. If there is someone who has an answer to your request, he or she will probably answer here. If not, I fear that you will have to experiment yourself. Perhaps there are posts in this forum who deal with some aspects of your problem. Use the search box "This forum" above, not the "Search developerworks"
