Using a PDF file as an OLE Object

We are using DOORS 9.3 and are think embedding PDF files as OLE objects, is this a good idea or Bad? How many are too many?

I haven't tried this but:-

If the pdf's are images of drawings or tables then it may be practical, but heavy on resources and difficult to export.

If you are talking about a whole document then I would question why.

If the intent is for people to comment on documents then just use a hyperlink to the document.

Opening another application via DOORS is possible (eg Visio, etc.) but not very pretty.
