New policies

Asset Lock Policy

This policy could be used to lock asset. User could allow this policy to run only once in current state by checking "Run only once" option.

Asset Unlock Policy

This policy could be used to unlock asset. User could allow this policy to run only once in current state by checking "Run only once" option.

Data report

You can export asset attribute, category and relationship reports for selected assets using this report function.

Java API

RAMAsset.categorize(Category category, String categorization, boolean force)

New function RAMAsset.categorize accept a third parameter set as force categorize flag. If new categorization has conflict with the existing categorization, force categorize will remove the existing exclusive categorization, then categorize the asset with new categorization.

RAMCategory.setName(String name) & RAMSubCategory.setName(String name)

Repository admin could use setName functions defined in RAMCategory and RAMSubCategory to modify category name or sucategory name.

RAMAssetRatings.removerating()

This function allow users to remove rating on a specified asset using RAM API:

RAMCategory.deleteSubcategory(String categorization) & RAMSubCategory.deleteSubcategory(String categorization)

Repository admin can use deleteSubcategory functions to delete subcategory under specified category or subcategory.

Force categorize option(-f) in CLi set command

Set command in CLI accepts -f as force category option.
