Usability Enhancements

Advanced Searching for Attributes

Users can search for an attribute and attribute value combination to find assets that have the attribute with the specified value. The previous search syntax returned assets that matched either the attribute name or the value.

Reordering Items in List Box Attributes

Administrators can reorder predefined values for attributes by dragging them or clicking the up and down arrows.

Searching for and Removing Multiple Users on the License Management Page

Administrators can search for user license assignments. Administrators can remove license assignments from multiple users at a time.

Filtering Communities on the Administration Page

If the community administration page has multiple pages, administrators can search for communities.

Upload Applet Opens to Last Location

The upload applet for artifacts automatically saves the last file browse location and opens to that location the next time you use the applet.

User Assistance Updates

Batch Client

The information center has new information about batch uploads, including a simple file extension and updated instructions. The help also includes a new Java API example of how to use the APIs to perform a batch upload operation.

Custom Policies

A new topic describes the APIs to use in your custom policies. The topic includes several examples of how to use the Rational Asset Manager client APIs.
