Known problems and workarounds
Data collection licenses need to be assigned during DCC set up
During set up, DCC creates resource groups using the applications' consumer key and secret. In order for the data collection jobs to run properly using these resource groups, you must first assign the CCM Data Collector, QM Data Collector and RM Data Collector licenses to the jts_user functional user.
These licenses may already be assigned to the Data Collection User (etl_user). The Data Collection User is not used to run the DCC data collection jobs. You can safely unassign the Data Collector licenses from the etl_user in order to assign them to the jts_user.
JRS Setup using Custom Setup
JRS can now be set up during JTS custom setup; however, in some cases the metadata for the data source may not have been initialized properly. If an error occurs when attempting to build a report indicating that there is a problem with the metadata for the data source, go to the data sources page, click on the data source in question, and click Refresh.
JRS Setup using Express Setup or Scripted Setup
JRS will be registered during JTS express and scripted setup; however, it is necessary to visit the JRS Admin page (https://<host>:<port>rs/setup) to add data sources and import ready-to-use reports.
Report Builder database backup cannot be disabled
Every six hours, the Report Builder database is backed up so that you can restore the data if an error occurs. You cannot disable the backup process.
