Important upgrade notice regarding pre-release software:

Use of a pre-release build in a production environment as the primary or only system for productive purposes is not supported and not recommended. We strongly recommand that you install and evaluate any pre-release build separately and continue to use an existing release for productive purposes.

Unless otherwise documented, pre-release (milestone, release candidate or beta) builds can only be upgraded to the next published build targeted for the same release. In most cases the next build will be another pre-release build (e.g. version x.0 M3 can only be upgraded to x.0 M4 or whichever build is published next in that stream).

This is not the recommended version. We recommend IBM Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Publishing 7.1 M11. This is made available for archival purposes and may contain bugs and/or security vulnerabilities. If you do download this version, it is being provided AS IS, without warranties of any kind, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We strongly advise you review the support pages for this version and update the product or take actions recommended therein. Install optional programs to support advanced deployments. You should install and configure these programs before you install any server applications.

IBM® Db2®	Db2 downloads	IBM Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Publishing supports multiple Db2 editions. Each purchased PUB license includes entitlement to a license to run one instance of IBM Db2 Standard Edition. For usage restrictions, see the license agreement.
IBM WebSphere® Liberty	WebSphere Liberty downloads	IBM WebSphere Liberty hosts Jazz Team Server and the ELM applications. IBM Websphere Liberty embedded application server is optionally installed with the Engineering Lifecycle Management solution. Each purchased client license for IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management includes a license to run an instance of WebSphere Liberty. For usage restrictions, see the license agreement.
IBM HTTP Server 9.0.5	Download from IBM Passport Advantage	IBM HTTP Server provides reverse proxy services for ELM applications. It is included as part of your ELM bill of materials in Passport Advantage and can be found in the WebSphere Application Server Supplements package.
IBM Common Licensing Server	Download from IBM Passport Advantage	IBM Common Licensing serves PUB floating, token and App Points licenses. The license server is built with FLEXlm, a component developed by Revenera, formerly Flexera.
