Fixes in this release

You cannot set the default context for OSLC when you create a new project using the Design domain. For more information, see 52977.
Server diagnostics might display some errors after upgrading from version 6.0 with iFix001. For more information, see 53176.
The Compare with Stream and Deliver Changes buttons are not working on the Configurations page. For more information, see 53157
You cannot create links from change sets on a CCM resource in a Life cycle Project Administration (LPA) project to a project in Rational Design Management. For more information, see 52255.
