Data Collection Component
- The Data Collection Component now fills in the historical drill down tables (RIDW.H_*).
- The Data Collection Component now fills in the RIDW.F_FILE_STREAM_METRICS table.
- With the above two, the Data Collection Component should now have feature parity with the out of the box Insight ETL catalog.
Jazz Reporting Service
- You can now create traceability reports that can trace links from the root artifact through to other artifacts that are linked to it. For example it is possible to trace a work item through to the test cases that are associated with it.
- When creating reports, you can configure a graph version of the report that allows for bar charts, line charts and pie charts in various configurations. The graph and table versions of the report are available for viewing in the same dashboard widget.
- For advanced users, the generated SQL query that is created by the report builder can be referenced and potentially edited if the user has a deep understanding of the Data Warehouse schema.
Cognos Business Intelligence
The Cognos Business Intelligence included in RRDI 5.0 releases was based on Cognos version 10.2.1 fixpack 2. RRDI 5.0.2 is now based on Cognos version 10.2.1 fixpack 2 interim fix 6.
