How to export a module

I want to export DOORS baseline module as a DMA file. We are using DOORS 9.3-03 version. I want to extract DOORS baseline module as a DMA file of version 8.3. How to extarct as DMA file? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since you can't archive to a previous DOORS version, you might state what your objectives are and then someone might guide you.

1. Select module to be archived on the right-hand pane of the main DOORS window
2. Select File | Archive
3. Select whether or not to include baselines. You can only have all or none - you cannot pick a specific baseline to include or archive
4. Press OK

The produced a .dma file - an archive of the module. But as previously reported, archives are not backward comatible between major versions of DOORS so you will not be able to restore your v9.3 DOORS module archive into DOORS v8.3.

I may not have read this right, but if you have baselines A, B, C, and current, you cannot archive the module to include only A and B, such that when you restore it you have viola! B.
