DOORS is a database and as such the focus is on the content not the look, the best you can do is setup your own options under Tools > Options > Display (from the database). You can control the sizing of the text and headers but only to go up to 14pt font. I do find that it does make a difference but it does apply to all modules you open.

This can be done multiple ways, if you are in the same module you can just copy/paste with your keyboard. Or you can right click to find even more options. For copying across modules you can just drag/drop (very handy) if all you want to copy is the object text/heading. If you want to bring over additional values from the row such as attribute values then you can use Tools > Copy Objects (from the module)

This is the huge time saver, here you have to 1st define a filter typically done through Tools > Filter > Define to only show those objects whose cells (also known as attribute values) you want to change. Once you have that, you should see a funnel looking icon pressed. Then if you display the column you want to change and holding down the Ctrl key double left click a cell in that column you should see a box pop up allowing you to change the value and select Objects in current view radio button. This will enable you to set everything to the same value within seconds. Another way to get to this box is to right click on any object select properties, attributes tab and find the attribute. 4 more clicks that CTrl + double click.
