Difference between NI Requirements Gateway and IBM Rhapsody Gateway?

Hi everyone,

I'm familiar with IBM Rhapsody Gateway Addon cause we used this tool to match our requirements & architecture between DOORS and Rhapsody. Now I am looking for a way to merge our DOORS test specifications with our test constrution in LabView. NI sells a tool called NI Requirements Gateway and at the first sight it looks exactly like the Rhapsody Gateway Product of IBM.

Is there any reason to buy this tool "twice" or is the GUI just related to each other and they are completely different?
