I have been look for latest version of online help or pdf version of latest 9.6 dxl help -- can anyone post a url for such reference.

That particular help file is from 2017, I was looking for version that matches latest version of DOORS which is something like: DOORS 9.6.1.11 or later | ||||

changed for 9.6.1.7 in December 2016. These changes can be seen on pages 195 and 196. So, I assume that simply no one bothered to change the date of the document. After all, the document is for "9.6.1" - which came out in December 2014, so, the date apparently corresponds to the main version for which it is officially created. | ||||
