Module window has no tool bar or menu bar

I am using DOORs 9.3.0.7 and when I open a formal module I have no menu bar ( file, edit, view, etc ) and I also have no toolbars. I only have column headers but I cannot even get a menu when I right click on them. Has anyone seen this problem before or know how to fix it? Thanks

If you do not have a menu bar on any and every formal module you open, then I would re-install the DOORs client software again.
I assume that it worked OK for you in the past and this just started to happen. That would seem to indicate that one of the DOORS client files on your PC got corrupted.

I'm gettting that sometimes but I think it has to do with me activating or editing OLE diagrams. So far if I lock the computer and un-lock it, it goes away.
